What is the procedure after your paper is accepted?
STEP 1) PAYMENT
The conference fee can be paid in two ways:
Directly to the bank account, or
Online payment using PayPal Secured Credit Card Payment
If you need the invoice to make the payment (e.g. at your University), please contact us at contact@entrenova.org, and we shall send you the invoice as soon as possible.

STEP 2) REGISTRATION
After the payment, at least one of the authors has to register for the conference on the Registration Form Page.
The second and third authors also have to register if they plan to come live to the conference.
In the case of a virtual presentation, only one author needs to pay the conference fee.
Conference fees
CONFERENCE FEES:
Regular fee: €350.00
Student fee: €200.00
Undergraduate, graduate, master and PhD students are eligible for Student Fee.
If you are to pay the Student Fee, please send a scanned copy of your index to contact@entrenova.org.
The conference fee includes: the ENTRENOVA Book of Abstracts (online) and proceedings (online and on a CD-ROM), publishing of the conference paper at the Econstore conference dedicated web pages, coffee breaks, lunches (on Thursday and Friday), gala dinner, city tour and free participation in the conference workshops.
The Book of Abstracts will be published online, accompanied by the proceedings on a CD-ROM and online. Both publications will have an ISSN number.
The papers accepted for publication in the conference proceedings will be published if at least one of the co-authors registers for the conference and pays the conference fee by July 15th, 2024.
