Join us at the Aligning IT Projects to Business Strategy Workshop!

What?

Aligning IT Projects to Business Strategy Workshop will take place at Hotel Eden, Rovinj, Croatia, 12-14 September, 2019.

What?

Linking information systems to business needs is a topic that has been researched for three decades. Numerous concepts, such as IT-business alignment, portfolio management, enterprise architecture, and business analysis co-exist and seem to be unconnected. Frameworks and standards like PMBOK, TOGAF, BABOK, and others do not provide clarity on their inter-relatedness. On the contrary, the IT-business realm is getting more nebulous as the more papers and frameworks appear.

On the occasion of Entrenova annual conference, the workshop “Aligning IT Projects to Business Strategy” will contribute to dissolve the fog and show cohesiveness among these approaches within the framework of IT projects. The workshop elaborates on various ways to better meet business requirements in IT projects. Various concepts will be discussed, and new ideas and recent research outcomes on these topics will be presented.
