The Fundamentals of Cash-flow Workshop 

What?

The Fundamentals of Cash-flow Workshop will take place in Dubrovnik, 7-9 September, as one of the events at the ENTERNOVA conference.

Why?

Cash is the King!
More than 90% of global business commerce is conducted on credit terms. This means that in almost all enterprises, 30% or more of their current assets comprise of unpaid invoices. Yet, little is known about the intricacies, complexities, technologies, skills and responsibilities of this vital business function.

Who?

In order to explain more this workshop is organized as an entertaining and enlightening interactive session.

About the guest speaker

Mark Harrison has been involved in Credit Management for more 30  years and is constantly focused on raising the profile of the Order to Cash stream. His career spans a range of industries across EMEA and includes the transition and development of successful Order to Cash functions in the Shared Services sector in Central Europe. 


​Being a firm believer in the shared services concept and its potential, Mark is a regular presenter at workshops, forum and conferences across Europe sharing his first hand operational experience, passion and enthusiasm.
 
Mark is the founder of the ACCEE, Association of Credit for Central and Eastern Europe, holds an BA (Honours) degree in Credit Management from the University of West London, is a Fellow of the UK CICM  and is Catalyst level in Lean / Six Sigma methodology.
